What does your company do?

A. In summary, we are a solution provider for your PC and mid-range computing needs.

What else do you do?

A. We also provide Web site design, systems integration, custom programming services, and PC networking, repair services on virtually all types of PC’s, and most printers.

Do you work with Windows NT/2000?

A. Yes. We offer solutions based on all Microsoft networking products.

Do you work on software problems or just hardware?

A. Although "software" is part of our name, we provide hardware service as well. We have expanded to include PC and printer repair services. And as always, we will work with you to find the right platform to run your new business applications or assist in upgrading your current system.

Do you have on-site services or carry in service only?

A. We offer on-site as well as carry in service at our Munster, IN office.

How quickly can you respond to a service request?

A. Almost always the same day you place the request, and usually within hours, if a mission critical system is "down".

I have a PC that (any of the following): won't boot, won't power up, blank screen, crashes frequently, makes noise, etc. Is it repairable? How much do you think it would cost?

A. Many PC problems can be repaired economically. We will always evaluate some of the more complex problems and provide you with options of having the unit serviced vs. upgraded or replaced. You can communicate directly to one of our analysts initially free of charge for information on repairing your PC, terminals, networking products and most printers.

Do you offer maintenance agreements?

A. Yes. You can speak directly to our Marketing Department for details on a custom service agreement.

Do you work with telephone wiring?

A. Not at this time.

Do you with network cabling?

A. Yes. We can provide basic cable installations. Your particular requirements are evaluated, and in some cases, we will recommend a third-party for the actual installation.

What Internet services do you offer?

A. We offer Web site development and deployment, which includes obtaining your own domain name (www.yourbusiness.com), and registering your name in search engines, starting at just $299.

I can't get logged on to the Internet. I keep getting a _______ error. Can you help?

A. Yes. Most internet problems are corrected within the configuration parameters of your browser and dial-up networking. In some cases, the ISP can be at fault. In either situation, our goal is to get you back on-line as quickly as possible.
